The Invisible Man

Thomas has been living in his neighborhood for over a year, yet he often experiences a deep sense of isolation. Walking through the busy park filled with families and friends, he feels completely alone in the crowd. Although he recognizes familiar faces from his apartment building, nobody ever stops to have a real conversation with him. He has tried to learn the names of people who live on his floor, but they always seem too busy to talk. Last month, Thomas decided to build a small community garden in an empty lot. Working on the garden every weekend, he hoped to meet neighbors who shared his interest. At first, people just watched him from a distance, which made Thomas feel invisible. However, one Saturday, an older woman named Mrs. Lee approached him with a beautiful plant. She offered to help because she loved gardening when she was young. Since that day, several other residents have joined their project, bringing tools and seeds. Thomas has discovered that creating something together can break down walls between people.
