오늘의 본문 READING

Henry lived in a small house near a beautiful forest. He was a kind boy who loved to learn about nature. His uncle Thomas was very greedy and wanted Henry's house. Thomas was cruel, so he made a clever plan to trick Henry. He told Henry a story about a dangerous trip to the city. Henry was afraid, but he trusted his uncle because he was family. Thomas said Henry must travel to the city to build a new life. He promised to keep Henry's house safe while he was away. Henry believed him, so he packed his bag and left his home. Although Henry felt sad, he thought his uncle was helping him. When Henry arrived in the city, he found no job waiting for him. He suddenly realized his uncle had tricked him. Thomas wanted the house for himself, so he sent Henry away. Henry felt very lonely and missed his home in the forest. He decided to return and ask his uncle why he lied.
