What is seat ingress?
Seat ingress means getting into the spacecraft seat.
The crew must sit in the correct position.
A correct position helps the body stay safe during launch.

Safety Harness
What is a safety harness?
A safety harness is stronger than a normal seat belt.
It uses straps to hold the body in place.
During launch, the spacecraft can shake.
This shaking is vibration.
The crew can also feel strong force.
A secure harness helps the body stay in place.
If a harness is loose, the crew member must report it.
