Life in space
Life in space is different from life on Earth. Eating, drinking, sleeping, and exercising are part of the mission. The crew must keep the body ready.
우주 생활은 지구 생활과 다릅니다. 먹기, 마시기, 잠자기, 운동하기도 미션의 일부입니다. 대원은 몸을 준비된 상태로 유지해야 합니다.
Food, water, and sleep
Food gives energy. Water keeps the body working. Sleep helps the body recover. If a crew member does not eat, drink, or rest well, the mission can become harder.
음식은 에너지를 줍니다. 물은 몸이 잘 움직이도록 도와줍니다. 잠은 몸을 회복시킵니다. 잘 먹고, 마시고, 쉬지 못하면 미션이 더 어려워질 수 있습니다.
Exercise and body condition
Exercise helps the body stay strong. Condition means how the body feels now. A crew member should report if the body feels dizzy, tired, or strange.
운동은 몸을 튼튼하게 유지하도록 도와줍니다. condition은 지금 몸 상태를 뜻합니다. 어지럽거나, 피곤하거나, 이상하면 보고해야 합니다.
Medical check and health report
A medical check is a health check. It is not only for sick people. It helps the crew stay safe and mission-ready.
medical check는 건강 확인입니다. 아픈 사람만 하는 것이 아닙니다. 대원이 안전하고 미션 준비 상태를 유지하도록 도와줍니다.
